Data Confidentiality Policy
Your Deals Stay with the Leasync Development Team
We built Leasync to protect your competitive edge. This policy explains exactly who can access your data and the safeguards we maintain to keep it private.
The Leasync development team will never share your data with anyone outside of the development team. Affiliated real estate agencies, partner brokerages, investors, and other employees who are not part of the authorized development group are never permitted—and will never be given the option—to view or handle your data.
These commitments are backed by written agreements with every team member and enforced through technical, administrative, and physical controls.
Restricted Access
Only authorized members of the core Leasync development and security teams who require access to perform their duties may view customer data.
No Third-Party Disclosure
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise expose your data to competitors, partner brokerages, affiliated agencies, investors, or contractors who are not part of the approved development team.
Controlled Environments
Development, staging, and production environments are separated. Any troubleshooting that requires direct data access follows a documented approval workflow and is logged for accountability.
How We Control Access
- Access is granted on a least-privilege basis and reviewed regularly.
- All team members with access sign confidentiality and data handling agreements.
- Multi-factor authentication and encrypted connections are required for all administrative tools.
- Audit logs capture who accessed what, when, and for what purpose.
Requesting Access or Deletion
Beta customers can request audit records, custom confidentiality language, or data deletion at any time by contacting their Leasync representative directly.
