A running log of everything we've shipped.

Select any spaces on the Spaces (or Exclusives) list and an **Export** bar appears at the bottom. Pick what to make: a **Tour Deck** — the full brand-colored presentation with photos, floor plans, and a map — or a **Spaces PDF**, a clean one-page list of the spaces with their key stats. You no longer have to go through a client to build a deck. The Spaces PDF opens in an editable preview so you can tweak the wording before saving, and you can save it as either a PDF or a Word document.
Every document Leasync generates now offers both formats. On LOIs, invoices, and the Spaces PDF, the **Save** button now opens a small menu to pick **PDF** or **DOCX**; the deals list export and the landlord activity report each offer both too. The Word files come out clean — matching the on-screen document — so you can keep editing in Word or send a PDF as-is.
The in-app Word editor now has a full formatting ribbon. Change font, size, and text color, add a highlight, and use bold, italic, underline, and strikethrough. For marking up an LOI or lease, the new **Redline** tools do it in one click: select text and hit **+Ins** to flag an addition (blue underline) or **–Del** to strike a deletion (red), with **Clear** to remove the markup. You can also set alignment, indent, and drop in a **page break** — and the document now reads as real pages with a ruler and margins instead of one long strip. Everything you style is preserved when you save the new version and opens correctly in Microsoft Word.
Base rent of $8,000 $8,500 per month,
for a term of ten (10) years with two months free rent.
For the emails you send over and over, save one as a template and drop it back in with one click. In the Workspace composer, hit **Templates** next to the message box: pick a saved template to fill the subject and body instantly (your signature stays put, and anything you've already typed in the subject is kept), or choose **Save current email as template** to store whatever you've written. **Manage templates** lets you rename, edit, or delete them anytime. Templates are private to you.
An investment-sales deal now shows only what a sale needs: the property, the buyer and seller, the total consideration (sale price), and the commission total — paid in full at closing. Lease-only clutter is gone from sales deals — no rent terms, no annualized breakdown, no "waiting on" toggle, no Generate LOI. And a sale's invoice reads like a sale: Property, Buyer, Seller, Total Consideration, and Commission Rate.

National (USA) brokerages can now title a listing — "Lakeside Commons — Pad 3" instead of leading with the street address. When creating or editing a space, click **+ Add title** above the address; the title becomes the big name field and the address slides over next to state, zip, and city. Once set, the title is how that space appears everywhere — the spaces list, the map, deal and commission pages, pickers, and search (which matches both the title and the address). Spaces without a title work exactly as before.
Connect Granola (Settings → Integrations → Meetings) and your recorded meetings feed straight into your agenda. Every time you sync, Lisa also reads your recent Granola meetings, turns the real next-steps into tasks, and links each to the tenant, broker, or landlord it's about — right alongside your pipeline and inbox. Meeting tasks carry a **Granola** badge in the review, so you can spot them, reword them, or drop them before they're saved.
When you add several leads at once to a space's shortlist, hit the new **Auto-match to this space** button and Leasync scores every lead against the listing — budget, size, use, area, and gas/venting needs — then lists them ranked with a match % and the reasons it matched. The strong matches come pre-checked, so you glance down the list, uncheck any you don't want, and add them all in one click.
On any space or exclusive, open the **Leads** tab and hit the new export button to download a clean, branded PDF you can send straight to the landlord. It lists every prospect you've worked — who was contacted, who toured, when, their status, and your notes — with a summary line and your company logo up top. Proof you're working the listing, without exposing any tenant's private budget or size criteria.
July 15, 2026
Select a batch of brokers, hit **Ask Lisa**, and tell her what to do in plain English — "pull their full names from their email signatures", "find their phone numbers", "find the company they work at". Lisa reads each broker's recent emails, proposes the fixes broker-by-broker, and you approve them all in one pass. Nothing is saved until you say so.

July 13, 2026
Any standalone space or exclusive can now be filed under a building after the fact from its ⋯ menu. Pick the building and the space becomes one of its units — no re-creating the record. Units already under a building can be moved to a different one or pulled back out to standalone.
The Spaces Kanban board now opens with an Unassigned column holding every space that isn't in your pursuit pipeline yet. Drag one straight into a stage instead of opening its record to set the stage by hand. Rename or recolor the column in Settings → Space Stages.
July 10, 2026
July 9, 2026
Open any broker and, right at the top of their record, Lisa keeps a short plain-English note on where things stand — what's live between you, the momentum, and the one thing worth doing next. She writes it from your recent email with that broker and quietly refreshes it in the background whenever you exchange new messages, so you glance at the record and instantly remember the state of play. (Part of Lisa's background automation on the Veteran plan; you can set how often it runs, or turn it off, in Settings.)
Warm — traded flyers on 120 Broadway last week and she asked for updated pricing. Waiting on your revised LOI.
Every email you compose or reply to in the Email workspace now has a **Draft with Lisa AI** button next to the message. Click it on a reply, or on a new email to someone already in Leasync, and Lisa drafts the whole thing for you on the spot — reading the conversation so far and pulling in what you know about that tenant, lead, broker, or landlord — then drops the finished draft straight into the message. Nothing sends until you say so. Once there's a draft, the button becomes **Edit with Lisa AI**: open it, tell her in plain English how to change things ("make it warmer and push for a tour this week"), and she rewrites it. Writing to someone new who isn't in Leasync yet? Lisa just asks what you'd like the email to say and takes it from there.
July 8, 2026
Open the Agenda and Lisa now greets you with a plain-English read on your day — how many tasks are overdue, what's due today, and how many unread notifications are waiting — and points you at the best place to start. Right below sit four at-a-glance tiles counting your **Overdue**, **Due today**, **Upcoming**, and **Unread** items, so you can size up everything on your plate the instant the page loads. Your task list and activity feed sit neatly beneath, side by side.
Brokers and landlords now carry a High / Medium / Low **priority**, just like your tenants and leads. Set it right from the list — click any priority cell and pick a level to update that row on the spot — see it color-coded at a glance, and filter the list down to just your high-priority contacts. Both lists also got the same **Columns** control your other lists have: click **Columns** to add, remove, and drag-reorder which fields show — priority, office address, last correspondence, tags, and more — and your layout is remembered per list.
**Prepare deck** now builds a true multi-slide tour book in your firm's branding instead of a one-page table: a branded cover, a properties-at-a-glance summary with a numbered pin map, and photo, floor-plan, and detail slides for every space, with your logo up front and your contact block on the back page. And you're not limited to spaces already in Leasync — drop other companies' listing flyers into the deck builder and Lisa reads each one, pulling out the photos, floor plans, and key facts while leaving the other firm's look behind. You review everything — reorder spaces, pick photos, fix any numbers — before the deck is generated, then it flows into the same save-and-email step as before.
On a tenant, the Opportunities tab now has an **Add several** button so you can pick a whole batch of spaces at once instead of adding them one at a time. Expand the list, tick the ones you want to send, and hit **Share deck**: Leasync builds the PDF deck, saves it to the tenant's documents, and opens a ready-to-go email — addressed to the tenant with every contact on the record CC'd and the deck already attached. When you send it, those spaces are automatically marked as shared. Each opportunity now also shows an **In deck** tag once it's been included in a deck, kept separate from "shared" so a quick text to a tenant and a formal deck are tracked independently.
July 7, 2026
Anywhere you write an email — the Email workspace, the Email tab on a tenant, broker, or landlord, and the space Email Blast to your leads — you can now click the clock next to **Send** to pick a time and have it go out later. Choose a quick option (later today, tomorrow morning, Monday morning) or set an exact date and time. A new **Scheduled** view in your Email workspace lists everything waiting to go, where you can reschedule or cancel any of it before it sends. Scheduled blasts queue up one email per client for the same time, just like sending now. If a scheduled email can't send (for example, your mailbox got disconnected), you'll get a notification so nothing goes out silently.
You can now post a tenant, lead, space, or exclusive straight to the broker Marketplace from its **⋯** menu. For a tenant or lead, only their *criteria* go out — use, size, budget, areas, and requirements — never their name or contact details, so their identity stays private. For a space or exclusive, you can also pick one photo or PDF already on the record to attach as the flyer, chosen from a thumbnail grid. Your own contact info is attached so other brokers can reach you.
Your dashboard can now show what you *actually* pocket on your deals, not just the gross. Customize your dashboard and add the **Take-Home Commission** stat (for this month, this year, or all-time) to see your real cut after the co-broke deal split and your personal payout split are taken out. Admins can view it for the whole team or drop into any one agent with **View as**.
The Commissions page now shows three running totals at the top of the page — **Total Received**, **Total Incoming**, and **Total Overdue** — so you can see how much commission money is in the bank, still on its way, and past due across all your commissions without adding it up yourself.
The Deals page now has an **Export** button that turns whatever's on screen into a clean, printable PDF. In list view it exports the deals on the page exactly as you've filtered, searched, sorted, and columned them; in kanban view it exports every deal grouped under its stage. Works for both the leasing and sales pipelines.
July 6, 2026
Brokerages that do investment sales can now run a second deal pipeline built for it. Turn on **Investment sales** in Settings → General and your Deals page gains a **Leasing / Sales** switch. The Sales pipeline has its own customizable stages and is built around how a sale actually works — the property, the seller and buyer, sale price, cap rate, NOI, price per unit and per SF, and the closing timeline — with commission figured as a straight percentage of the sale price. Your leasing pipeline stays exactly as it is.

July 1, 2026
There's now a **Publish Your Own Listing or Tenant Requirements** button on the Marketplace. Fill in a quick form for a space you're marketing or a tenant you represent, drag in any flyers, term sheets, or photos, and post it to the broker network on the spot. If you're not signed in yet, you'll be prompted to create an account first, then your post goes live.
Brokerages that work as master brokers can now switch to the **Master Broker** model in Settings → General → Broker model. It prices deals off the same year-by-year rate ladder as the standard model, with one difference: free rent comes off **year 1** in full instead of being spread across the lease. Every account stays on the standard **NYC Broker** model unless you switch it, so nothing changes unless you choose it.
June 29, 2026
Admins can now add a member without using up a paid seat. In Settings → Members, click **Add member** and turn off **Give them a login** to create an agent-only roster entry — someone you can assign to deals, listings and commissions without paying for a login. A new **Seat** column shows who's seated and who isn't. When you're ready, open that person's profile and **Grant seat** (it uses one of your purchased seats and emails them an invite to set a password); you can **Revoke** a seat just as easily to free it up. You can only ever seat as many people as your plan pays for, but you can keep as many roster agents as you like.
Add your Agenda straight to the dashboard (Customize → Add widget → Schedule) to keep your Lisa-built to-do list in view alongside your stats and pipeline. Check items off (and reopen them), expand what you've completed, and click any task to jump straight to the record or open its email — all without leaving the dashboard. It's a working view of your agenda: Lisa still builds and refreshes the list over on the **Agenda** page, so there's no Sync here, just your day at a glance.
The Inbox page is now **Agenda**. Hit **Sync** and Lisa scans everything across your Leasync — stalled or waiting deals, leads and tenants due for a follow-up, overdue and upcoming commission payments, your reminders, and now **your recent inbox emails** — then hands you a short, prioritized to-do list for the next couple of days, each item linking straight to the record. Email tasks open the message **right inside Leasync**, with the sender's CRM context above it, so you can read and jump to their record without leaving. It only runs when you ask it to. Each sync is **incremental** — it only looks at what's happened since your last one, so it's quick and never rehashes what you've already handled. Check things off as you go: it works like a living task list, so the next sync keeps what you've already done and never resurfaces what you've dismissed, instead of starting from scratch. Your notifications sit right beside the agenda — the two share the page side by side, so it's all in view at once instead of one long scroll.
June 26, 2026
Open a tenant, lead, space, exclusive, landlord, broker, deal, or commission and choose **Lisa Autofill** from the ⋯ menu. Type or paste anything you know, **attach up to 3 documents** (PDF, Word, or images like an LOI, flyer or screenshot), or have Lisa scan the right emails for that record — then she suggests the moves you'd make yourself, and you approve each one in a single review list (nothing happens until you do). What she can do is tailored per record: tenants and spaces can update fields, add a note, set a reminder, draft an email, link a space/tenant, and even start a deal; landlords and brokers get field updates, notes, reminders and drafts; deals get their lease terms updated plus notes/reminders/drafts; commissions get reminders and email drafts. Her email scan is smart per record — for a space she reads emails that mention the address or are with its landlord/broker; for a deal or commission, emails about that space with the tenant, co-broker, or landlord. Approved drafts open in the composer (with your signature), and any documents you attach are saved straight to that record's Documents — and landlord & broker pages gained a **Documents** tab so attachments have a home. (For tenants this also replaces the old "Enrich Record" option.)
June 25, 2026
The Spaces tab now has a Kanban board (next to List and Map) for working a general space toward becoming your own exclusive — Identified, Owner Contacted, Pitching, Agreement Out, and more. A space joins the board when you set its stage on the space's page; spaces you haven't staged stay off the board. Drag a space between columns to move it along. Admins can rename, recolor, reorder and add these stages in Settings → Customization, just like deal stages. Setting a space to the final **Exclusive** stage confirms and promotes it into your Exclusives — and the **Promote to Exclusive** option in the ⋯ menu still works the same as before.
June 24, 2026
A global search bar now sits at the top of the sidebar, above Dashboard. Start typing and it searches all your pipeline collections at once — tenants, spaces, landlords, brokers, deals and commissions — and shows matching records grouped by type. Click a result (or use the arrow keys and Enter) to jump straight to it. Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) from anywhere to focus it.
June 22, 2026
Generating an invoice from a commission now opens a polished, real-looking invoice document you can edit on the spot — brokerage letterhead, the landlord billed automatically as the paying party (pulled from the space's landlord), a lease summary (property, tenant, term, base rent, commencement), itemized line items you can add or remove, a clear Total Due, and a full payment schedule showing each installment's due date, amount and Paid/Due status — with overdue installments flagged in red and a running **Total overdue** so outstanding balances jump out. Tweak anything you like, then hit **Save as PDF** — the finished invoice downloads to your computer and is attached to the commission. It's no longer a fixed PDF you can't change.
June 19, 2026
On the public market board, picking an area from the **All areas** filter now shades that neighborhood's real boundary on the map and zooms in to focus on it, so you can instantly see exactly where the listings sit. Covers NYC neighborhoods (including broker shorthand like "LES" or "Wburg"); anything outside that still highlights around the matching listings.
June 18, 2026
June 17, 2026
On any tenant or lead page, open the **⋯** menu and choose **Update with Lisa**. Lisa reads your most recent emails with that person and proposes updates to their record — things like their use, concept, size and budget range, preferred areas, term, requirements, contact phone, plus a short note capturing new context. You review every suggestion in a dialog (each shows the current value next to the proposed one), check the ones you want, and nothing is saved until you apply them. Available on the Closer and Veteran plans with a monthly allowance.
The Calendar page is now a fully native calendar that matches the rest of Leasync, instead of embedding Google's or Outlook's own calendar in a frame. Your connected Google and Outlook events show up directly here — color-coded by source — with **Week** and **Month** views, a Today button, and arrows to step through time. Click any event for a popover with its details and a button to open it in Google or Outlook, and when both calendars are connected you can toggle each one on or off. Click a day in Month view to jump into that week.
June 16, 2026
On the new deal page, click the Lisa **Autofill** button next to "Create deal" to open a dialog where you drag and drop (or browse for) an LOI, term sheet, or proposal (PDF or Word). Lisa reads it — showing her progress as she works — and fills in the deal terms for you: rent, term, free months, escalation, key money, and lease terms like possession, security, and guaranty, so you just review and save instead of retyping. It works with any layout, since every brokerage's template is different.
June 15, 2026
Opening a teammate from Settings now lands on a full, redesigned profile built for admins. From one page you can edit their info, change their role and house split, archive or restore them, send a password reset link, and delete them.
June 13, 2026
June 12, 2026
Open Leasync from your home screen and you'll get a proper mobile experience: a tab bar along the bottom puts Home, Inbox, Tenants, and Spaces one tap away, and a More button opens everything else (Deals, Calendar, Lisa, Commissions, Settings, and more) in a slide-up panel. Desktop is completely unchanged.
June 11, 2026
Settings → Data Import now has a "From your email" option. Lisa scans the people you've actually emailed and sorts everyone for you — brokers, landlords, tenants, and leads pre-filed, junk like vendors and newsletters pre-skipped. Before anything is saved, a review screen shows her full sorting so you can move or drop anyone (individually or a whole group at once), type a name for contacts that came in without one, or cancel the run entirely — then everything lands in the right place. Records she files are tagged "Lisa," so you can always see (or undo) exactly what came from an import — and contacts without a real name are never saved as records; they wait in Contacts instead. Run it again any time: each run remembers the last one and only looks at email sent since.
June 10, 2026
June 9, 2026
When you open an email from someone who's already a Tenant, Lead, Broker, or Landlord in Leasync, a strip above the message shows who they are with quick context — priority, last contacted, budget, and their latest deal for tenants and leads; company and listing count for brokers and landlords — with a one-click jump to their record. If the sender isn't in Leasync yet, the same strip lets you add them as a Lead, Tenant, Broker, or Landlord in one click (Lisa highlights her best guess), without leaving the inbox.
June 8, 2026
The home dashboard has been rebuilt from the ground up. Click **Customize** to drag widgets around, resize them, and add or remove exactly the cards you care about — your layout is remembered for next time, and **Reset** brings back the default at any time. Choose from a wide catalog: individual stat tiles (leads, tenants, commissions, square footage and more), the pipeline board, commission payments, your upcoming schedule, top clients, and brand-new charts for commission trend and deals by stage.

Every record's Notes card now has a Reminders tab. Set yourself a reminder with a date and time (for example, "Call to ask about their finances" for tomorrow at 8 PM) and you'll get a notification in your inbox — and a push notification on your devices — at that exact time. Clicking it takes you straight to the record. Reminders are private to you.

Admins can now edit the kanban columns from Settings → Deal Stages. Rename stages, add or remove columns, reorder them, and pick a color for each. Mark one stage as "Closed / Won" (the one that triggers commission creation) and one as "Dead / Lost" (the collapsible column). Existing stages stay exactly as they were, so nothing changes until you customize.
